Gravel Plant

3 products are obtained from the crushing-screening plant. They do not differ from each other in terms of chemical properties, only physical changes are present. These changes create the different size product scale. These three products are called stone dust (0-4mm), number 1 stone chips (4-11mm) and number 2 stone chips (11-22mm).

1 product is obtained from the sand plant. Wastes that cannot be processed in the crushing-screening plant come to the sand plant. It takes its place in the product scale as washed sand (0-4mm) after it is purified from the waste clay with a feeding size of 0-20mm and undergoes the grinding process. As a fine aggregate, its difference from stone dust is that the amount of very fine material in it is controlled and the percentage of passing from 1mm is higher.
