Fixed Concrete Batching Plant

Concrete batching plant is a device in which a large number of components such as cement, sand, water and other additives are added. Mixing is the process of weighing the ingredients and putting them in a mixer to develop a concrete batch. Concrete has been recognized as one of the most durable materials used in bridges, homes, highways, pavements and other construction work.

Combined with the concrete plant, parts and accessories, it produces high quality concrete. In order to understand the working principle of the concrete batching plant, it is important to know the various components of the batch plant.

Aggregates set in the control panel are determined and weighed separately according to the design. After the aggregates are weighed, they are transferred back to the mixing unit. Above the mixing unit are weighing hoppers for cement, additives and water, the purpose of which is to transfer the contents to the mixing unit. With the weighing conveyor, the cement is converted and the water is also pumped. Concrete is produced in a double shaft mixer where all components are mixed homogeneously. With the help of the control panel, the timer is set to mix the materials, then the mixing process stops and the concrete is loaded into the truck.
